OpenClaw CDP port probe — https / PNA test

Probes the loopback CDP range (18800–18810) from this page's origin. When served from a real https:// public origin (e.g. a *.pages.dev site), this tests whether Chrome's Private Network Access / Local Network Access policy blocks a public site from reaching localhost. Run with OpenClaw's managed browser live. You already know from curl that 18800 is open, so if this page reports 18800 as closed/blocked, that gap is PNA at work.
